About Us:
Bowker (Vietnam) Garment Factory is a leading garment manufacturer committed to producing high-quality apparel while creating a supportive and efficient workplace. As we expand production, we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist to help us attract and retain skilled sewing machine operators and other direct labor.
Work location: Thuan An, Binh Duong
Work hours: 7:30-16:30 (Mon-Sat, 2 Saturdays off per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit sewing workers through various channels (job centers, referrals, local networks, job fairs, etc.)
- Coordinate and host recruitment events in local communities and training centers
- Build strong pipelines of skilled and unskilled sewing workers
- Work closely with the training and production teams to forecast hiring needs
- Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet monthly headcount targets
- Support onboarding and early-stage retention programs for new hires
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in mass recruitment, ideally in garment/textile or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of local labor market and recruitment channels for factory workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Familiarity with recruitment tracking tools and reporting
