About the Opportunity
This is a new position to support the growth of Recruitment Service Team, in which we expect this role to handle the delivery service in a smooth approach, from understanding job demands, consulting with the client, and delivering the service, and managing overall communication flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop strategies to increase efficiency, improve engagement, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods and strengthen our employer brand through social media, networking events, and job boards to attract talents
- Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market insights, candidate leads, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior teammates, providing support and sharing best practices.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth and success of the service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record in understanding people and organizations.
- Minimum 02 years of experience with Recruitment Service business is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior teammates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
