About the Opportunity

This is a new position to support the growth of Recruitment Service Team, in which we expect this role to handle the delivery service in a smooth approach, from understanding job demands, consulting with the client, and delivering the service, and managing overall communication flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop strategies to increase efficiency, improve engagement, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing methods and strengthen our employer brand through social media, networking events, and job boards to attract talents
  • Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market insights, candidate leads, and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior teammates, providing support and sharing best practices.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth and success of the service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record in understanding people and organizations.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience with Recruitment Service business is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior teammates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
