As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will drive business development, manage client partnerships, and deliver high-impact talent solutions. This is a 360-degree role offering autonomy, high commission, and growth opportunities to shape Vietnam's leadership landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Partnerships
- Prospect and win new clients in target industries
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Negotiate mandates for executive searches
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Talent Advisory & Recruitment Delivery
- Advise clients on talent strategies and market trends
- Lead end-to-end searches including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and placement
- Leverage networks and tools to attract passive candidates
- Ensure timely delivery with high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5+ years in executive search, headhunting, senior-level recruitment or high-performing sales. Preferably in Digital & Technology, Banking & Financial Services, or Professional Services.
- Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and closing high-value mandates.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, resilient mindset.
- Strong network in Vietnam's FDI/MNC ecosystem; Knowledge of local talent market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills; English/Vietnamese bilingual preferred.
