The Role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders.
  • Lead discussions on attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to correctly identify the approach based on market and hiring demands.
  • Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable.
  • Monitor funnel metrics in partnership with Sourcing to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time.
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams, such as Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the Sourcer to agree on the recruitment plans with hiring managers - this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience in conjunction with the Sourcer; managing
  • candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date.
  • Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an
  • appropriate offer; lead the (often complex) offer process and negotiations to close the candidate.

Skills & Requirements:

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Must have comprehensive end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Regional or global recruitment experience is advantage.
  • Mature and proactive stakeholder management skills, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, indicating a strong track record and industry knowledge.
  • Experience working with ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline workflows, track candidate progress, and generate reports.
  • Can speak Vietnamese to engage effectively with local candidates and stakeholders.
  • Willing to work onsite twice a week following APAC shift schedule.
