Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m. This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, particularly for operator roles.
- Lead end-to end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels (labor market, colleges, job postings), conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Recommend effective recruitment strategies and channels to enhance hiring efficiency, especially for operators and technicians.
- Design, manage, and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate training activities including orientation, soft skills, technical skills, and e-learning courses.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards related to:
- 6S & Kaizen / Environmental Health & Safety
- RBA & Social Responsibility
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: College/University degree
- Preferred: Majors in Administration, Human Resources, Languages, or Education
Experience:
- Required: 5 years of relevant experience up
- Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Confident in public speaking and presentation delivery
- High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
