Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting process for different countries
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications using Vietnamese and English
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to upper management
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Other tasks as required by the Management Board

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter minimum 2 years, preferably in a startup/e-commerce or education company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Human-oriented with a teamwork spirit
  • Hard-working, committed, and able to work under pressure
  • Can communicate in English

Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30 from Monday to Friday and 9:30 - 13:30 on Saturday
