Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Recruitment Executive (IT) based in Dubai. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top IT talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. The role requires working both from the office and remotely, providing flexibility while ensuring on-site collaboration as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Interviewing
- Familiarity with IT Recruitment, Job Boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Recruitment Analytics, Reporting, and Process Optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, technical roles, and IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in an international recruitment setting or working with multinational corporations is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
