Role Description
- Develop new packaging standards (preforms, caps, cartons, shrink wrap, cardboard boxes, straws, etc.) according to the requirements of new product projects or investment projects.
- Propose improvement plans to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve issues related to the quality of commercial products.
- Develop technical information for packaging: cartons, cardboard boxes, bottles, labels, shrink wrap, cap films, etc.
- Participate in line testing, coordinate with departments to evaluate tests and report results, and propose adjustments (if necessary).
- Check the labeling content of cartons, shrink wrap, cardboard boxes, etc.
- Propose and coordinate the implementation of projects to change and improve technical standards to reduce costs.
- Coordinate with departments to investigate quality issues (in cases where R&D participation is needed), and propose improvement plans.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG packaging industry, preferably in PET aseptic/hotfill (dairy and beverage industry).
- Graduated from a Polytechnic University or other technical universities, majoring in Materials Engineering.
- Experience in project execution, ability to lead and manage project progress related to technical issues.
- Good professional English skills, ability to communicate and negotiate on technical matters with foreign partners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal departments and external partners.
