JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new bakery products
- (frozen dough, frozen finished products, cream bread, croissants, etc.)
- Design recipes and standardize production processes
- Conduct product trials, testing, and sensory evaluations
- Transfer developed products to mass production, ensuring consistency and quality
- Improve product quality while optimizing production costs
- Develop samples based on client requirements and business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA, and Sales teams
2. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery-related roles
- Proven experience in bakery product development, including recipe formulation and mass production application
- Strong understanding of bakery processes:
- mixing, fermentation, forming, freezing, baking
- Ability to manage formulations and optimize cost efficiency
- Submission of R&D portfolio is required (with detailed project descriptions)
- Ability to work at Long Hau Industrial Area
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in frozen bakery product development
- Experience developing products for CVS / retail channels
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in developing export-oriented products

SALARY: Negotiable (25,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND)

· Location: Cobi Home Long Hau – Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Tay Ninh (formerly Long An). (Daily company shuttle bus provided from Cobi Tower, District 7 to Long Hau Industrial Park)
