As our
Senior Quality Specialist, you'll be part of the
GSC team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into
Quality Excellence Manager. You'll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
Execute quality assurance activities across manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with global standards and deliver consistent product quality. This role supports consumer centricity by safeguarding fit, comfort, and durability, while driving operational excellence through inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. It focuses on monitoring quality KPIs, resolving issues, and building supplier capability.
Core Accountabilities
As our
Senior Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining quality systems and documentation, ensuring quality manuals, policies, procedures, inspection protocols and digital platforms are accurate, compliant and support consistent quality standards across the supply chain.
- Driving continuous improvement across quality systems, reviewing processes, strengthening controls and embedding best practices to improve efficiency, standardisation and operational excellence.
- Analysing quality performance and reporting insights, consolidating data, identifying trends and supporting corrective and preventive actions that inform business decisions and improve quality outcomes.
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships, collaborating with suppliers, Distribution Centres and internal stakeholders to implement, communicate and embed quality standards, policies and governance across the Integrated Supply Chain.
- Supporting quality capability and strategic initiatives, coordinating training, maintaining competency records, supporting supplier audit activities and contributing to the delivery of the broader Quality strategy through effective project coordination and compliance monitoring.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we're looking for are:
- Strong quality systems expertise, with a good understanding of quality assurance processes, manufacturing standards, quality management systems and inspection or audit methodologies.
- Excellent technical and analytical capability, with experience using SharePoint, quality inspection platforms (e.g. Pivot88 or CBX), Microsoft Office and Power BI to manage documentation, reporting and performance data.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience coordinating documentation, training activities and quality reporting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence internal and external partners, drive compliance and support the consistent implementation of quality standards across the supply chain.
- A consumer-first and continuous improvement mindset, committed to enhancing product integrity, durability, operational excellence and the ongoing evolution of quality systems and processes.
