Location: Binh Duong, Viet Nam (Shuttle bus from HCM)
Role Description
- Monitor and drive product quality performance in compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Lead investigation and resolution of material, process, and product quality issues during mass production.
- Develop and improve PFMEA, Control Plans, risk assessments, and quality documentation for SMT, assembly, and box-build processes.
- Support NPI, product transfer, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Analyze quality data, yield, and defect trends to drive process improvement and product reliability.
- Lead RCA and problem-solving using 8D, RCCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support supplier quality activities, change management, non-conformance review, and quality reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing/Process Engineering within electronics, power supply, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of SMT, PCBA, assembly, and box-build processes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Gage R&R, and structured problem-solving.
- Experience with 8D, RCCA, 5 Why, Fishbone and corrective/preventive actions.
- Familiarity with IPC, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
