Role Description
1. Oversee quality management and production progress monitoring for ANTA's overseas manufacturing processes. Conduct initial, inline, and final inspections, including physical and chemical testing and label verification. Execute sampling and lab submissions according to the testing plan, and track and manage exception handling to ensure orders are warehoused on time with guaranteed quality and quantity.
2. Audit suppliers operational and process systems. Conduct regular specialized and quality management system audits, and closely monitor suppliers operational risks and non-compliance issues.
3. Lead and execute projects focused on quality improvement, corrective action implementation, automation integration, and the development of dedicated production workshops.
4. Optimize processes and formulate standards to drive the establishment of internal and external organizational systems, thereby enhancing workforce productivity. Empower suppliers by building collaborative platforms and driving supplier capability development.
5. Collaborate with team members to perform other duties as assigned, in alignment with departmental needs and job descriptions.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must satisfy one of the following requirements: hold a valid Vietnamese work permit, be a Vietnamese national, or possess permanent residency status in Vietnam.
2. Languages: Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.
3. Work Location: Vietnam (either in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi).
4. Education: Associate degree or above.
5. Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment merchandising and production tracking.
• In-depth knowledge of knitted and woven garment manufacturing techniques, with extensive hands-on experience in garment quality control.
• Strong familiarity with the characteristics and quality control of knitted and woven fabrics, as well as printing and embroidery techniques and quality management.
