Job Description

1. Supervising the Implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Take full responsibility for the overall performance and results of the Quality Department.
  • Prepare improvement, corrective, and preventive action reports.
  • Develop plans to supervise internal quality audits and management review activities within the company.
  • Monitor departments and operational areas in establishing and implementing quality objectives and quality plans.
  • Supervise the implementation of improvement, corrective, and preventive actions across company departments.
  • Plan and supervise the review of quality documents.
  • Monitor compliance with processes and procedures across company units.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports throughout the supervision process.
  • Propose improvement solutions related to the company's quality management system.
  • Supervise the organization and implementation of quality system training programs for departments and operational areas.
2. Controlling 5S Activities
  • Coordinate with the HR Management Department to supervise the implementation and control of 5S and environmental plans and objectives across departments.
  • Monitor 5S and environmental audits conducted within company units.
  • Supervise the organization and implementation of training and guidance programs on 5S and environmental practices.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on 5S activities, general cleaning, and environmental management.
  • Propose improvement solutions for 5S and environmental activities within the company.

Job Requirements1. Education
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree
  • Major: Quality Management or a related field
  • Other qualifications required: Certifications in Quality Management Systems such as ISO, Internal Quality Auditor, 5S, and Environmental Management.
2. Relevant Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in process optimization, process improvement, and risk prevention (FMEA or Poka-Yoke).
  • Experience participating in internal quality audits and quality documentation development.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with team management experience.
