Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer for an on-site, full-time position located in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and managing quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will execute inspections, identify non-conformities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products and processes meet established quality standards. Your contributions will play a critical role in guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality digital solutions to our global clients.

• Expertise in Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Quality Auditing and ability to perform thorough evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management systems and frameworks.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed product and process Inspections.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in quality processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience in software development or digital solutions is highly advantageous.
