Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer based in Linh Trung 1 Industrial Park, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring product quality through rigorous quality control and assurance measures.
- Key responsibilities include implementing quality management processes, conducting tests and inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues,
- Collaborating with the production team to maintain compliance with international quality standards.
- Own end-to-end quality process IQC-> IPQC -> OQC -> FQC
- Lead RCA, CAPA, FMEA, 8D & drive process
- Handle Customer Audits and quality issues
- Lead Supplier Quality & Improvement
Qualifications
- Skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to establish and apply quality processes and systems
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to monitor and evaluate production quality
- Experience in ensuring Product Quality through testing, inspection, and compliance checks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Knowledge of international quality standards and manufacturing best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in electronics or manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- 3-5 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service (PCBA/SMT/Box-Build)
