Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• Role Description

1. Oversee end‑to‑end quality management and production schedule tracking for ANTA's overseas manufacturing operations. Perform pre‑production, in‑line and final inspections covering physical‑chemical lab testing and label compliance checks. Complete sampling and lab submission per test protocols, drive non‑conformity resolution, and ensure on‑time warehousing of orders meeting quality and volume requirements.
2. Conduct supplier system audits covering operational workflows and manufacturing processes. Deliver periodic thematic audits and QMS (Quality Management System) assessments, proactively monitor supplier operational risks and non‑compliance gaps.
3. Own cross‑functional projects including quality enhancement initiatives, corrective & preventive action deployment, automated‑solution roll‑out, and dedicated production workshop setup.
4. Refine operational workflows and define standardized specifications to build up internal & external governance frameworks for higher operational productivity. Enable supplier growth via joint collaboration platforms and targeted supplier capability‑building programs.
5. Partner with internal stakeholders to complete other ad‑hoc assignments aligned with department priorities and role scope.

• Role Requirements

1. Eligibility for employment in Vietnam: valid Vietnamese work permit, Vietnamese citizenship, or Vietnam permanent residency is mandatory (meet any one condition).
2. Language Proficiency: Vietnamese, English and Chinese(all mandatory, conversational Chinese for daily business communication is sufficient).
3. Work Location: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).
4. Academic Background: Associate degree or higher.
5. Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5‑year hands‑on experience in apparel merchandising and production follow‑up.

• Solid expertise in knit & woven garment manufacturing, with proven practical experience in garment quality assurance & control.

• Deep understanding of knit/woven fabric properties, as well as quality governance for print and embroidery processes.
