Senior QC/QA Officer

Role Description

• Understand client requirements: Review editing guidelines (color correction, retouching, background removal, resizing, etc.) and ensure team members follow them.
• Quality control: Check edited images against client specifications (resolution, format, color profile, watermarking).
• Data collection & analysis: Track error types (e.g., mis-cropping, inconsistent shadows, color mismatches) and propose corrective actions.
• Process monitoring: Ensure Photoshop actions, layer management, and file naming conventions are consistent across the team.
• Training: Support onboarding of new editors by explaining editing standards, Photoshop shortcuts, and QA checklists.
• Communication: Report quality status to project managers and provide feedback to editors.
• Continuous improvement: Suggest workflow optimizations (batch processing, automation scripts, plug-ins) to reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
• Client interaction: Clarify requirements or provide quality reports when requested.

Qualifications

• Education: College/University degree (preferred in Design, Multimedia, or Quality Management).
• Experience: Minimum 2 year in image editing, design QA, or BPO/creative production.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security).
• Familiarity with Photoshop standards (color modes, layers, masks, smart objects).
• Language: English B1 or higher (to understand client guidelines and communicate feedback).

Working location: 2nd Floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, HCMC Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM, Monday to Friday
