Responsibilities
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of two core product areas: Creative Tools and Development Tools. The Senior QA Engineer will lead testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver world-class solutions.
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Creative Tools and Development Tools.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for cloud-based and desktop environments.
- Validate creative content generation features and collaboration tools.
- Test integrations with IDEs and version control systems.
- Verify role-based access control and administrative permissions across platforms.
- Build and maintain automated test suites for regression and performance testing.
- Guide junior QA engineers in best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Work with R&D engineers to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in QA roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong background in testing cloud-based applications and desktop software.
- Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks(pytest, jest etc.)
- Understanding integration and security of Rest API.
- Experience in developing testing stage/components in CICD e.g. Gitlab
- Hands-on experience with IDEs and version control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members.
- AI knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of AI technologies in the market is beneficial.
