Senior QA Automation Engineer (Vientam - based candidate only)

InApps is hiring for an international client - a company specializing in transforming IoT data into powerful insights. Their SaaS platform serves multiple tenants globally and needs a frontend leader to make complex data simple for users.

Your main responsibilities:

Build our Playwright automation suite from scratch.

Hook it into GitLab CI pipelines so tests run on every build.

Write E2E, API, and integration tests that actually catch bugs.

Work with developers & DevOps to make automation seamless.

Push for a quality-first mindset across the team.

Requirements:

Strong Playwright skills (or Cypress/Selenium but ready to switch).

Solid TypeScript/JavaScript for automation.

Experience testing SaaS platforms & APIs.

GitLab CI/CD integration experience.

PostgreSQL knowledge to validate test data.

Proactive, communicative, and biased for action.

Bonus Points

IoT testing background.

Load/performance testing.

Security & auth flow testing.

Experience testing AI-driven features (e.g., ML-based predictions, anomaly detection).

Familiarity with AI-assisted test generation tools (e.g., Playwright + GPT integrations,

Testim, Mabl).
