Join our team as a Senior Python Engineer at EPAM Vietnam! We are looking for a dynamic individual to become a part of our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate with our multicultural engineering team to design and build complex systems from the ground up, contributing to our cutting-edge sales planning tool.
Responsibilities
- Manage change requests and optimize existing use cases using Python and SQL
- Provide operational support, including new country onboarding, report generation and job monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee project deployment activities
- Conduct data migration tasks
- Collaborate with various teams and manage interactions with downstream and upstream applications
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python programming, including FastAPI, multithreading, data integration and transformation
- Expertise in database systems, primarily Teradata and Snowflake SQL
- Experience with containerization platforms, specifically Red Hat OpenShift
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitHub
- Knowledge of scheduling tools, particularly Airflow
- Experience integrating models with MLflow
- Utilization of monitoring tools such as Splunk
- Proficiency of spoken and written English (B2) is essential for effective communication within our diverse team
