Job Description

Senior Project Sales Engineer (Automation Solutions)

Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project sales opportunities in industrial automation.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award and project handover.
  • Build and maintain relationships with End Users, EPCs, Consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions (DCS, SCADA, PLC, etc.).
  • Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage sales pipeline, sales forecasts, market trends, and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Sales, Technical Sales, or Industrial Automation.
  • Good knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English. Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
