Senior Project Sales Engineer (Automation Solutions)
Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project sales opportunities in industrial automation.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award and project handover.
- Build and maintain relationships with End Users, EPCs, Consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions (DCS, SCADA, PLC, etc.).
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage sales pipeline, sales forecasts, market trends, and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Sales, Technical Sales, or Industrial Automation.
- Good knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English. Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
