Manage projects according to the company's arrangement (key projects)
Be responsible for project management tasks: planning, progress monitoring, quality management, requirements management.
Control and handle incidents, arising, risks and changes in the project.
Estimate and manage costs of work items (if necessary).
Be the person who is most responsible for the progress and quality of the project with the onsite side and the customer.
Be responsible for project resource management: motivating, developing orientation and evaluating the work quality of project members.
Be the focal point to work directly with onsiter, customers and related departments.
Other tasks as requested by the Director.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in project management
Good understanding and practice of project management (requirements, resources, work, time, cost, communication, etc.)
Able to analyze, see the general problem, good soft skills.
Having participated in project management training courses, having PMP certificate is an advantage.
Having working experience in IT outsourcing field, having worked with Japanese customers is an advantage.
Minimum Japanese language: level N2.
