Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to closure at TEMENOS Vietnam. This role demands a professional with a strong adaptive mindset, capable of driving successful project delivery and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed estimations, resource allocation, and organizational structures.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Effectively manage project scope, ensuring all changes are thoroughly documented, evaluated, and approved.
- Implement and oversee robust project quality management processes, ensuring deliverables meet required standards.
- Manage project benefits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing value realization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, ensuring timely and transparent information flow to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Prioritize project activities and resources to optimize efficiency and achieve critical milestones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement, building strong relationships.
- Lead and manage project change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
- Apply strong business acumen to understand project impact on organizational goals and contribute to strategic project and program initiatives.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully leading complex projects.

- Exceptional Negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
- Strong Prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple competing demands effectively.
- Expertise in Project Benefits Management and a clear understanding of value realization.
- Solid Project Business Acumen, with the ability to connect project activities to strategic goals.
- Proficiency in Project Change Management methodologies and implementation.
- Excellent Project Communications Management skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong capabilities in Project Estimations and resource planning.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end Project Management.
- Proven ability in establishing effective Project Organization and Structure.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Quality Management principles and practices.
- Expertise in Project Scope Management and change control processes.
- Experience with Requirements Traceability and its application.
- Demonstrated ability in Stakeholder Expectation Management.
- Understanding and experience in Strategic Project and Program alignment.
