RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning & Coordination
• Prepare project planning, scheduling, and reviewing project deliverables.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure designs and technical submissions meet requirements and authority regulations.
• Support preparation of design guidelines, checklists, and project documentation.
• Prepare and update Development Programs, project timelines, and management reports.
Consultant & Contractor Management
• Manage procurement activities including preparing tender documents, reviewing tender submissions, and participating in tender evaluation.
• Recommend and evaluate consultants and contractors during tendering phase.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (Investment department, Sales & Marketing, Finance) to provide technical inputs.
Project Execution & Monitoring
• Monitor site progress, quality, schedule, and cost; highlight issues and propose corrective actions to Project Director.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction complies with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage construction documentation, variation orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects are within approved budget and timeline.
Authority & Regulatory Responsibilities
• Manage authority submissions, documentation, and understanding regulatory processes.
• Ensure project designs, materials, and equipment proposed comply with authority and company requirements.
• Manage the handling of inspections, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
• Manage internal meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and settle project issues.
• Provide updates to management on project progress and risks when required.
• Maintain organized project documentation, data resource systems, and e filing.
Cross functional Support
• Support S&M team on technical issues for customers and products.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints and feedback during construction or handover stages.
Quality, EHS & Compliance
• Comply with and support implementation of:
o Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
o Environment, Health & Safety Management System
o Quality Management System requirements
• Ensure contractors follow safety procedures and project environmental standards.
• Manage and control EHS work on site.
REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management from a recognized university.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in project management or construction; experience in low-rise development is an advantage.
• Demonstrated understanding of building design, construction processes, authority requirements, and tender procedures.
• Good technical knowledge of project planning, design coordination, and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related software; knowledge of project scheduling tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in demanding, multitasking environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under guidance.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
