Title: Senior Project Development Lead
Location: GYVN - Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Report to: Head of Project Development for PV, BESS, DPPA Vietnam
Responsibilities:
- Realize the technical studies (feasibility, preliminary design, etc.), including consumption analysis, drawings, simulation PVsyst, diagrams, and calculations for solar power plants.
- Prepare business plans based on the results of feasibility studies.
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Realize site visits and prepare site survey reports (occasionally).
- Analyze and prepare the work based on the customer's tender.
- Support the business development team to meet the technical needs of customers/prospects.
- Create, organize, and maintain documents related to projects to ensure a better follow-up.
- Coordinate and ensure technical consistency between the commercial and construction teams.
- Participate in regular internal meetings to discuss the status of projects, project resources, commercial and technical strategic approach, and other needs.
- Support the Project Management and Asset Management teams in resolving issues and proposing solutions or ideas to move the project forward.
- Research market, regulation for updating proposals, offer concept, if any
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Solar Design Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position, with a background in solar, is a must.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of the solar market and business.
- Good Excel & VBA.
- Ability to use AutoCAD & PVSyst simulation.
- Basic knowledge of P&L and financial modeling is preferred.
- Proficient in English communication.
