HN, HCMC | Senior Programme Manager / Project Lead – Core Banking Transformation
- 15+ years in Project / Programme Management, including at least 1 end-to-end Core Banking implementation.
- Strong experience in banking / financial services transformation.
- Working knowledge of Trade Finance, Lending, CASA & Payments.
- Proven experience managing multi-vendor, multi-country / offshore teams.
- Strong in programme governance, budgeting, resource planning, estimation & delivery management.
- Experience with FLEXCUBE, ACBS, Trade 360, Murex, Finastra GPP, or similar banking platforms.
- Strong senior stakeholder & executive communication skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.
