Location: Binh Duong (Shuttle bus from HCM)
Role Description
- Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules to support customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Material Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure material and production readiness.
- Monitor production progress, identify capacity or material constraints, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams to optimize production flow and improve schedule adherence.
- Review production performance, support capacity planning, and drive on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of Production Planning or Supply Planning experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, MPS/MRP, capacity planning, and material planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good command of English.
