Job Description
- Production Oversight: Manage daily factory operations, ensuring output meets demand and deadlines.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules aligned with customer requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold Niigata's strict quality policies, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in plastics or toy manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and injection molding processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is an advantage.
