KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and develop end-to-end user stories and workflows for payment, transfer, top-up, redemption, or purchase transactions
- Set KPIs for success, such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and drop-off rates
- Ensure a secure, reliable, and intuitive UX for all transactional journeys in the app
- Ensure timely delivery of transaction-related features and enhancements by collaborating with IT, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and external partners
- Own and maintain a product backlog focused on transactional initiatives
- Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and user behavior insights
- Break down product features into sprint-ready user stories with edge-case consideration
- Represent and advocate for seamless user transaction experiences across the lifecycle
- Lead product testing and validation of features related to transactions
- Continuously monitor and improve transaction flow performance (e.g., failure rates, speed)
- Communicate updates, improvements, and metrics to stakeholders clearly
- Support the PM Lead or Head of Online when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 35 years of experience in digital payments, e-commerce, or transactional product management
- Familiarity with mobile financial apps, payment gateway integration, and transactional flows
- Strong understanding of digital finance tools, wallets, and embedded finance trends
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance, security, and risk controls
- English is a must
- Familiar with the UX/UI concepts
- Familiar with the Native Mobile App Platforms (iOS, Android)
- Familiar with the mobile web and responsive web design concepts
- Ability to be pro-active
