Reporting to:Lead Product Owner

I. AboutCampaign System & Scan It

TheCampaign systemis a powerful platform that enables businesses to design and launch diverse reward campaigns from mini-games and SMS-based activities to invoice-based promotions powered byIntelligent Document Processing (IDP)technology. By automating data extraction from purchase invoices, it allows brands to run proof-of-purchase campaigns seamlessly, reward consumers instantly, and enhance post-purchase engagement. The system significantly reduces setup time, manual work, and operational costs while ensuringaccuratedata capture and smooth reward fulfillment.

II. What you need to do

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Product Ownerto lead the development of ourCampaign & Scan It system the core platform that powers our clients marketing campaigns and automated bill-processing flow.

You will take end-to-end ownership of campaign delivery, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, automated, andvalue-driven. By developing robust campaign core featuresandoptimizingScan It'sdata processing accuracy, you will define the roadmap that maximizes automation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Own the end-to-end deliveryof all client campaigns, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency.

Lead product roadmapsfor both systems:

  • Campaign Tool:Enhance campaign delivery speed, quality, and configurability.
  • Scan It:Drive automation, data accuracy, and fraud prevention.

Collaborate closely with the Sales teamto:

  1. Deeply understand evolving client needs and translate them into product strategies.
  2. Share product knowledge to align and influence sales strategies for maximumproduct-marketfit.
  3. Support campaign configuration tooptimizeboth client and company value.

Partner with cross-functional teams developers, AI engineers, and QCs to ensure product development aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Drive agile executionthrough sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.

Monitor product performancepost-launch, analyze adoption data, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to improve user experience and efficiency.

III. What you should have

  • 4+ years of experience inproduct managementor equivalent roles.
  • Strongbusiness mindset able to balance client needs, commercial priorities, and product scalability.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Proven experience inmarketing technology,campaign management, orautomation systems.
  • Solid understanding ofAI technologies(e.g., OCR, Vision Transformers) and their applications in real-world product workflows.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in usingAI-powered productivity tools(e.g., drafting PRDs, summarizing insights, or synthesizing meeting notes).
  • Comfortable creating mockups or quick prototypes usinglow-code or AI-assisted design toolstovalidateconcepts.
  • Hands-on experience withAgilemethodologies(Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and iterative delivery practices.
