Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hanoi for a Senior Product Manager - Credit Card at National Citizen Bank (NCB). The role entails overseeing the end-to-end management of the credit card product portfolio, including market research, product strategy development, and lifecycle management. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop initiatives to optimize product performance and drive growth. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.

This is an on-site role in Hanoi and is open only to candidates currently based in Vietnam and eligible to work locally.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Management and Credit Card products
• Proficiency in Finance and Market Research
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, particularly retail banking
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and a customer-centric approach
• Previous experience in credit card product management is strongly preferred
