Job Purpose:
- Bring together teams across Company's functions to help products execute optimally
- Bringing solid operations sense and sound judgment and working effectively across organizational lines.
- The role includes components of Product Owner, operations & communication.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Manage products, track timelines, resources, testing, and have regular reports to stakeholders to ensure successful high-quality delivery of products.
- Manage a team of PO to keep track and deploy the execution of developing and improving the products in charge.
- Design & guide workflow, write specifications and user story, create a wireframe to help to understand product requirements.
- Analytical and data-driven, love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define and measure success on every function.
- Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do to improve our product, including interviewing and researching the customers to figure out their problems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or in related fields;
- 6-8 years+ as Product Manager in related industries. (e.g. fintech, on-demand service, ride hailing, e-commerce, etc.);
- Leadership: experience in managing 3-4 members and above.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX), customer experience (CX) principles and best practices
- Experience and familiarity with agile software development and engineering culture.
- Understand enough of the technical background to understand how our underlying products are built and have a keen eye on design.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in working with product analytics.
- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market (or similar emerging market) is a plus.
- Effective communication skillsboth English & Vietnamese
- High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
- High responsibility and diligence.
