We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and optimization of our innovative mobile application, ensuring it aligns with our mission of connecting job seekers and employers seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, user preferences, and technological advancements in the mobile recruitment industry.
  • Analyze competitor mobile applications and industry benchmarks to inform product strategy and positioning.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop a robust product strategy and roadmap for our mobile application based on market insights, user feedback, and company objectives.
  • Clearly define and communicate product requirements, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals.

User Experience and Design:

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to design and optimize an intuitive and engaging mobile platform that enhances the job search experience.
  • Iterate product design continuously based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging mobile trends.

Feature Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new features and enhancements for the mobile application, prioritizing based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive the agile development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Foster seamless collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including users and clients, to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of the mobile application and inform future enhancements.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize user engagement, retention, and overall product performance.

Product Launch and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective launch strategies and promotional campaigns for the mobile application.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on new mobile features and updates, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications and/or tech-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices in mobile product management.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
