JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will drive customer engagement initiatives across Credit Card and BNPL portfolios, using data insights to enhance customer activity, stimulate product usage, and optimize engagement campaigns.

 

  • Deploy and monitor mass engagement campaigns to drive customer spend across revolving products (Card and HPL).
  • Deploy and monitor targeted campaigns and lifecycle communication triggers for HPL portfolio to increase monthly usage and active customer rates.
  • Implement initiatives to ensure balance growth and maximize revenue generation from revolving products.
  • Support in monitoring portfolio P&L performance: revenue, cost, and profit tracking.
  • Assist in evaluating the business effectiveness and financial impact of proposed engagement initiatives.
  • Other initiatives and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in consumer finance, banking, or credit card portfolio management, with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with revolving credit products (Credit Cards, BNPL, or Personal Loans) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Advanced skills in data analytics: SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
