- Analyze customer behaviors and segmentations to design targeted engagement strategies for revolving credit products (Card & BNPL).
- Monitor and interpret portfolio data to identify usage gaps, customer inactivity patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track engagement KPIs (Activation Rate, Usage Frequency, MAU, Retention).
- Collaborate with CVM, Marketing, Data Analytics, and product teams to deploy customer nudges, engagement campaigns, and lifecycle triggers.
- Support in monitoring portfolio P&L performance: revenue, cost, and profit tracking.
- Collaborate with Finance and Risk teams on business forecasting and planning.
- Perform customer cohort and segment analysis to understand how engagement behaviors drive financial outcomes (spend volume, balance growth, interest revenue).
- Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the business impact of proposed engagement initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in consumer finance, banking, or credit card portfolio management, with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills to drive data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with revolving credit products (Credit Cards, BNPL, or Personal Loans) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Advanced skills in data analytics: SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
