As fraud schemes grow more sophisticated and user expectations around digital safety rise, the Security & AI Products team sits at the intersection of data, business, and user experience. The Senior Product Growth & Marketing is the person who connects the dots: spotting problems in the data, understanding user behavior deeply, and turning insight into solutions that drive real impact — from whiteboard to production.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Problem Ownership & Insight Generation
- Proactively identify problems from user behavior data, funnel drop-offs, and user friction points; conduct structured root cause analysis to prioritize the right problems to solve.
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and analyze data to build deep insight into user personas, journeys, and market trends.
- Translate findings into clear, prioritized problem statements that inform the product roadmap and growth initiatives.
2. Product Growth & Activation
- Design and execute growth campaigns using the AARRR framework; drive adoption and engagement across Security & AI products.
- Run A/B tests across messages, CTAs, placements, and flows; analyze results and propose data-backed improvements.
- Partner with Product Owners to optimize conversion funnels and set measurable targets for each initiative.
3. Communication & User Education
- Build multi-channel content (in-app copy, onboarding, push notifications, campaigns) that helps users understand and adopt MoMo's security products.
- Simplify complex concepts (fraud, security, data privacy) into clear user language to drive the right user actions.
- Ensure message consistency across all touchpoints; align with Product, Legal, and Comms on content across channels.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Must-have
- Problem solving & analytical mindset: Structured thinking with hands-on data analysis capability (SQL, funnel analysis, cohort); able to independently turn findings into action.
- Problem ownership: Demonstrated experience owning a problem end-to-end, from diagnosis through solution design, execution, and measurement, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Curiosity & learning agility: Willing and able to quickly learn new domains (security, fraud, AI) well enough to solve problems effectively — not limited by prior knowledge.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in product content, UX writing, or building user communities.
- Experience automating workflows or applying agentic AI to improve day-to-day processes.
- Background in consumer apps or fintech.
