Conduct market research to inform product development and positioning, focusing on style and price-point benchmarking.
Product Development
Supervise the product team to meet development timelines.
Oversee the product development cycle, from concept to market launch.
Facilitate sample reviews and manage sample improvement processes.
Supervise material and finishing development to align with collection needs.
Work closely with design and production teams to ensure product feasibility.
Process Management
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects.
Input and maintain product data in Odoo, including codes, images, line drawings, and packaging details.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and assigned tasks for tradeshows.
Work with QC/QA teams to establish collection standards and conduct random quality audits on production floors.
Lead customized orders, guiding them from design to concept approval before handing them over to Sales and R&D
