A. OVERALL
The Product Development & OEMExecutive plays a key role in executing initiatives related to new product development, improving existing products, and managing OEM processes to meet market demands and the company's strategic direction. This position requires strong technical analysis skills, cross-functional coordination, production timeline management, and quality assurance. The specialist is also expected to proactively propose cost optimization solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and support the development of sustainable production systems.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive and implement new product / OEM requests
- Receive requests from ComC, external customers or partners.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize production.
2. Develop samples of sugar and related products
- Design and produce product samples based on customer/partner requirements.
- Provide consultation and propose solutions to optimize product cost and quality.
3. Analyze and propose OEM production plans
- Assess technical feasibility, cost, and production capacity.
- Submit OEM production plans for sugar and sugar-related products.
4. Coordinate production preparation and execution post-contract
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and departments for production readiness.
- Execute production after contract signing with customers.
5. Conduct periodic OEM production performance reviews
- Coordinate reports evaluating output, cost, and quality.
- Recommend improvements based on review outcomes.
6. Manage production-related risks
- Identify and assess potential risks.
- Propose preventive and corrective measures.
7. Participate in drafting and reviewing regulatory documents
- Contribute to documents related to improvement and production management.
- Advise affiliated factories on production procedures.
8. Develop and implement training programs
- Conduct training on technology, techniques, and process improvement.
- Enhance employee awareness of quality and production processes.
9. Participate in production improvement initiatives
- Carry out assigned improvement tasks.
- Participate in developing and planning production process improvements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and monitor implementation outcomes.
C. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Proficiency both of English and Vietnamese
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sugar industry or food technology
- Strong technical expertise in the FBMC (Food, Beverage, Milk, Confectionery) sector
- General knowledge of chemical equipment, technology, mechanics, electronics, and construction.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry (FBMC).
- Familiarity with improvement tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as HACCP, FSSC22000.
