What are your responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at Mesoneer, working on our own digital trust platform and its core modules — including Digital Identification, Digital Signature, Onboarding, and Digital Business Cards.

As a Product Designer at Mesoneer, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end user experience — from understanding user needs and defining flows to delivering high-fidelity designs and collaborating closely with developers for implementation. You'll join a cross-functional team of 4 designers, working alongside the product team, development team, and customers to craft intuitive and scalable solutions.

• A Glimpse Into Your DaySync with Product Owner to review ongoing tasks or proposed solutions.
• Work independently on your design tickets or research tasks.

• Collaborate with teammates from Switzerland as their day begins.
• Afternoon design team catch-up for brainstorming or design review.
• Meet with the product team to discuss user data, insights, and next iterations.

Your skills:

a. Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or platform-based products.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, problem-solving ability, and impactful design outcomes.
• Proven experience working on multi-module or multi-platform products (web + mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with maintaining Design Systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, usability testing design.
• ExcellentEnglish communication skills (spoken and written) — able to present ideas and lead discussions confidently.

• Knowledge of frontend development basics (HTML/CSS/React) for better collaboration
• Working with external client projects.
• Flexibility to collaborate across multiple workstreams and help other team members when needed — including pre-sale cases, external client projects, or urgent support tasks. (This role is not limited to internal product work only).
