What they are looking for
- Strong experience in user-centric design processes, including low and high-fidelity wireframes (UX), visual design (UI), and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to move fast and deliver tasks with high velocity, aligned with an aggressive shipping speed of the team.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ship high-quality products.
- Ability to work with the marketing team to ensure product and visual designs align with company's brand.
- Bonus: experience designing game-like or system-driven interactions that translate well to developer tools..
