JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a business-driven Senior UX / Product Designer to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will not be on crafting visual UI components from scratch. Instead, you will act as a strategic bridge between business requirements and user experience. You will spend most of your time collaborating directly with stakeholders, defining complex business flows, drafting concepts, and seamlessly assembling interfaces using our robust, pre-existing Design System.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment

• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, deeply understand business objectives, and align on business/ product strategy.

2. Business Flow & Logic Design

• Lead and facilitate discussions to define end-to-end business flows. Map out complex user journeys, edge cases, and system logic that meet both business conversion goals and user needs.

3. Rapid Concept Drafting

• Translate abstract business ideas into quick wireframes, user flows, and draft concepts to rapidly validate logic and functionality with stakeholders before moving to final execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role with a strong emphasis on complex digital products
• Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand business metrics, operational logic, and how design decisions impact the bottom line
• Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead meetings, present concepts confidently, and negotiate solutions with non-design stakeholders.
• Language: Professional business communication.
