Role Overview
We are seeking a user-centric and proactive Product Designer to drive the design of intuitive and scalable digital experiences across our platform. This role is pivotal in shaping product direction—from understanding user needs and defining solutions to delivering high-quality interfaces—while aligning with business goals and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & User Experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities
- Design end-to-end user journeys including user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and product data
UI Design & Design System
- Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and consistency across products
- Ensure design quality and alignment during implementation with development teams
Product Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap discussions
- Support product improvements through experimentation (A/B testing) and performance tracking
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Multimedia, or related field
- Experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in a tech or product environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and design execution
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
