ABOUT THE JOB
As a Product Consultant/Digital Transformation Consultant within our Client Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and consulting on Product Solutions tailored to solve the client's specific business problems. You will leverage deep Business Domain Knowledge to drive Product Discovery and define strategic value propositions that align perfectly with the client's objectives and GEEK UP's expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Consulting
- Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gain a profound understanding of their business model, concepts, and operations.
- Conduct business research on the market and various concepts, and capture clients insights to debrief their demands.
Product Discovery
- Research suitable product solutions, strategies, and concepts, and then map the solutions that align with the client's business needs.
- Propose and consult business partners about GEEK UP's product solutions.
Product Definition
- Define and align the boundaries of the Product Scope and Expertise Scope boundary.
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery team to finalize the product proposal.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 5 years of experience as a Business/Digital Consultant, Product Manager, Product Designer, or relevant roles.
- Possess solid knowledge of the Business Model or Product Concept.
- Have hands-on experience in proposing solutions or consulting businesses.
- Have experience in pitching management is a strong adventage.
- Possess an unwavering passion and sharp curiosity for researching and crafting product solutions across diverse domains. You must be motivated to drive impactful product decisions that directly solve complex business challenges and align with ambitious business goals.
- Exceptional Client & Stakeholder Partnership Management: Ability to navigate and align expectations across diverse stakeholders, including internal product teams and external client leadership, fully embracing GEEK Up's Co-Creation Partnership Model (CC Model).
- Strong Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills to adjust expectations, drive consensus among stakeholders, and ensure the fit of the product solution and project scope.
