Job title: Senior Procurement Specialist
Job purpose:
Maintain and develop the collaboration relationship with the suppliers of products, aiming at the proper development of the commercial contracts
Coordinate the activities of Supply Chain Department
Working schedule:
44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday
Job summary:
Manage procurement for non-BOM suppliers and spare parts for machinery.
Evaluate and assess suppliers based on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with departments to determine non-BOM material needs.
Maintain optimal inventory levels of non-BOM materials.
Oversee the approval process for suppliers and ensure compliance.
Monitor the execution of contracts and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with teams to fulfill technical requirements.
Implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings.
Provide updates to management on supplier performance and inventory levels.
Job requirements:
Fluent in English
Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Buyer, Procurement, or similar role within the manufacturing industry (particularly in mechanical factories)
Be proactive and be a problem solver
Skillful with MS Office applications, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
