We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead the end-to-end sourcing and contracting of telecom services in a dynamic, international environment. What You Will Do

Lead the full procurement lifecycle for telecom services

Oversee service renewals, contract timelines, compliance, and risk mitigation

Evaluate proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and optimize cost structures

Collaborate with technical teams to monitor service performance and SLAs

Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare comparative analyses

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Procurement, Telecommunications, or related field

3+ years of experience in telecom/IT service procurement (Senior level)

Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and vendor management capabilities

Solid understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and telecom service sourcing

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams

Good command of English (written & spoken)
