ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Manage the procurement of transportation, logistics, warehousing, customs brokerage, and other related services required for customer shipments. 
• Support the sales team by providing competitive quotations, cost analysis, and logistics solutions for new and existing business opportunities. 
• Expand and diversify the supplier base across different transportation modes and trade lanes. 
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. 

SUCCESS PROFILE 

• Core competences: Commercial judgement (balancing cost, margin, and service quality tradeoffs); Negotiation & Influence ( with carriers, vendors, agents, and internally with sales/ops)
• Function competences: Vendor performance evaluation & contract management (SLAs, KPIs); Freight rate construction
• Hands-on experiences in purchasing logistics services at overseas destination OR other industries with strategic procurement process.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Location: Tan Dinh ward

8 hours/day, 5 days/week
