Senior Process Quality Engineer (Electronics)

Role Description

• Monitor product and process quality performance across manufacturing operations.
• Manage material and process quality issues, working with SQE, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain FMEA, Control Plan, and quality control methods for SMT, Wiring, and Box Build processes.
• Support NPI and new product transfer, ensuring quality requirements are met.
• Drive yield improvement, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality systems, documentation, change control, and non-conformance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality / Process / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably SMT, Wiring, or Box Build.
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, RCA.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610, ISO, SPC, and Lean.
• Good Excel/PowerPoint and English communication skills.
