About Us
The goal of Damen Song Cam is to develop, design and construct a portfolio of tugboats, and high-speed crafts in the most effective and efficient manner. Primarily based on standardized & smart-customized designs. The role
As a Senior Process Modeler, you will lead the Business Process Management (BPM) modeling team in Vietnam, ensuring high-quality process documentation and alignment with Damen's global BPM standards. You will play a key role in enabling process transparency, Lean improvement and digital integration across the Damen Group.
Key accountabilities
As a Senior process modeler (Lead BPM Modeler), your tasks are the following:
- Lead and oversee process modeling activities and ensure adherence to BPMN 2.0 and Damen conventions.
- Review and validate models created by junior team members.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops and collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs).
- Coordinate modeling requests and manage task allocation within the Vietnam team.
- Ensure models are structured for automation of readiness and data-driven analysis.
- Promote Lean thinking and continuous improvement in process design and documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Group Quality BPM team in the Netherlands.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in business process modeling or business analysis.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior staff.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
