The Process Automation Senior Analyst is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving scalable technical solutions that enable enterprise-wide process optimization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
This role acts as the technical partner to the Business Process team, translating process improvement needs into practical automation, data, and system solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process Automation & AI Enablement:
- Analyze business processes, system landscapes, and data flows to identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain solutions using platforms such as Excel, SharePoint,Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Jira and Copilot Studio, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.
- Collaborate with process analysts, business owners, and IT teams to ensure AI and automation solutions meet operational, data privacy, and AI governance standards.
2. Data, Insights & Performance Enablement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics (primarily using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint-based, and/or Jira data sources) to track process efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
- Define KPIs, metrics, and business logic aligned with operational and management needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency through validation and documentation.
3. Technology Scouting & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with trends in automation, low-code platforms, RPA, process mining, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Proactively identify and propose suitable new tools, methods, or solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Contribute to defining standards, templates, and reusable components for automation and reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 YOE in process automation, digital transformation, IT business analyst, business systems, or technical solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Automate (Cloud), Power Apps, Power BI, Excel and SharePoint as operational and reporting data sources; Microsoft 365 administration basics (access, permissions, environment usage)
- Familiar with Jira or similar work and change tracking tools
- Strong ability to analyze business processes, systems, and data flows and translate them into practical automation and reporting solutions.
- Solid data and reporting capabilities: Data preparation and validation using Excel and Power Query; Power BI data modeling (relationships, basic star schema); Defining KPIs, metrics, and business logic aligned with operational needs
- Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration concepts
- Knowledge of System integration and basic data architecture concepts, change management, release processes, and IT/service governance
