KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Price Optimization for Cash Loans: Develop and execute pricing strategies for cash loans in Fico aimed at maximizing profitability and market competitiveness.
- Pricing process and Governance Setup: Establish all necessary processes and governance structures to ensure effective pricing management and compliance across the organization.
- Technical Prerequisites for FICO: Set up and configure all technical requirements to implement the FICO model effectively within the organization's systems.
- Scaling FICO to Multiple Channels: Scale the FICO model to Digital, TLS, and SA channels, ensuring compatibility and effectiveness across various platforms.
- Training Local Talents: Train and mentor local employees to take full ownership of the FICO model asap within 1 year, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to manage and optimize pricing independently.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Cooperate closely with Finance, Product, CRM, and Digital departments to align pricing strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless implementation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Data Scientist related experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in pricing optimization, data modelling, financial analysis, or related functions, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in pricing models, including experience in implementing and managing these systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau).
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
